1. Develop New Positions
Contact the VP of Membership for Chapter Hiring when considering the development of a new chapter position.
Volunteer Benefits Matrix is a guide to approved titles, reporting structure, requirements and benefits for Chapter volunteers. For example, all volunteers at the Asst. Director level and above must be Chapter members.
2. Job Description
Create or update a Job Description for your open volunteer position:
- Use the Volunteer Job Description Template.
- To view previously used job descriptions, search through the Google Drive "Official Chapter Job Descriptions" folder. (Use Search if you don't see it in Shared Drives, or contact Director of Volunteer Management).
- You must use the new template to submit a job opening.
