Navigating today’s job market can be challenging—and you don’t have to do it alone. PM in the PM is a participant-driven professional development series bringing together project and program management professionals and community leaders navigating career transitions and job searches.
Rather than a traditional expert-led workshop, PM in the PM brings participants together to learn from one another—sharing experiences, strategies, resources, challenges, and what is (and isn’t) working in today’s hiring environment. Facilitators help guide the conversation,
introduce practical tools and perspectives, and create space for participants to exchange ideas and put new approaches into practice.
You help shape the series. Workshop topics are informed by participant feedback and priorities, with areas such as AI and job-search tools, networking and relationship-building, résumés and applications, interviewing, personal branding, recruiters and compensation, and maintaining momentum during a prolonged search.
Whether you’re actively searching, considering your next career move, or looking for new strategies and perspectives, come ready to participate, contribute, learn from your peers, and leave with practical strategies you can apply to your own job search. Official presentation starts at 1:00, feel free to drop in at 12:30 to grab a snack and network with fellow attendees.
Cost: Free; light snacks provided
Professional Development: PMI certification holders may earn 1 PDU for participation.
