Attendees will gain insight into how to utilize and apply AI-Driven Project Management (PM-AI) into their PM roles through the use of ChatGPT. Attendees will be given examples and ways to best utilize the prompts that are the basis for using ChatGPT and understanding ways to generate these prompts for the best outcomes. PM_AI is a concept where AI tools and techniques are applied to the field of project management. This integration aims to enhance various aspects of project management, such as planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and decision-making.
