Author of the self-motivation book, Breaking Free, Traci is a sought-after speaker in the project management community. She has spoken at over 100 events in the past 4 years including PMI Global Congresses in North America and Europe. Prior to starting her own business in 2006, she was a director of over 100 consultants for a nationwide IT consulting firm. Traci applies her background in science and coaching to help leaders, managers, and executives improve their thinking and leadership skills using the emerging science of neuro-axiology.

Randy is a Region 1 Mentor for PMI. As a Senior Project Manager in the Program and Project Management practice of Stantec Consulting, he works and makes his home in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Randy has been a practitioner, adult educator, organizational leader and project facilitator in Project Management with more than 30 years of experience. He has created, managed and led project, volunteer and management teams across the country.

Event Cancellation/Refund Information
- 90% of the registration amount will be refunded if the request for cancellation/refund is received more than 30 days prior to the event.
- 75% of the registration amount will be refunded if the request for cancellation/refund is received between 29 and 8 days prior to the event.
- If request for refunds are received less than 7 days prior to the start of the event, the refund will not be processed since monetary outlays have been incurred for meals and materials.
- All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the respective event coordinator: Annual Conference Director
- Registrations cannot be transferred from event to event due to different rate structures; a refund will be processed and applied to the original credit card.
