"I manage IT Projects. How can I become a better project manager?"

Project Managers are expected to be Leaders on our projects without direct Authority. That said, does a project manager with more Leadership skills have a better chance at advancing in their career. Does stronger Leadership skills determine how successful one can manage projects?

Panel Objective:

The panel discussion will be an open forum to provide knowledge sharing opportunities to uncover issues, concerns and challenges encountered when trying to become better Project Managers on projects without direct authority. The session will also give an opportunity to talk about various certifications and key skills and requirements for passing those exams.
