Three ways to register for the Annual Conference.  

Please select the registration method that applies to you! 

1. Registration for Chapter Members & Non-members
2. Registration for Student Chapter Members
3. Group Registration for 5 or more

1. Chapter Members & Non-members 

Pricing for the 2016 Annual Conference is based upon 3 things:  Your membership status, the number of days you attend, and when you register.  

• Chapter members receive discounted pricing, but must log in in order for the system to apply the discount.
• You can register for one or two days.  A second day is an additional $100.  See the Program page for details.
• Earlybird registration provides all registrants with a $50 discount, regardless of membership status.

2. PMI Student-Chapter Members 

For Student* Chapter Members only, pricing for the 2016 Annual Conference is $99, regardless of when you register.  

• "Student” Chapter membership is a PMI Global designated membership type. It does not apply to Chapter members or to non-members who may also happen to be students.
• Student Members receive discounted pricing, but must log in in order for the system to apply the discount.
• You can register for one or two days.  See the Program page for details.

3. Group Registration - Closed for this year

Group Registration allows groups of 5 to pay with one credit card.  The cost for each attendee is $350 for both days, regardless of Chapter membership status or date of registration. Important: Group registration deadlines are final, and are different than the published individual registration deadlines for the event.

Important Registration Info

• All registration closes at midnight August 23, 2016, or when we reach capacity.  
• There will be no "on site" registration.  
• Visit this page for complete Event Registration FAQs.
• Chapter Members and Student members must log in to the PMI Portland web site prior to registering in order to receive automatic member pricing discounts!
• If you are a new member and your account is not yet activated, see the New Member web page for more information.
• There will be no retroactive payment adjustments. Please be certain you are registering correctly prior to payment.
• All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Director of Registration, and are subject to fees and deadlines per the Chapter Cancellation/Refund Policy.
