Navigating PMO Improvement with OPM3®The 2012 PMI Pulse of the Profession survey identified that only 20% of respondents felt their organizations had high organizational project management (OPM) maturity. This is startling given the same report indicated that organizations with high OPM maturity reported delivering 72% more projects on time, 55% more projects within budget, and 38% more projects meeting their business goals than their counterparts with low OPM maturity. |
