Educational Presentation
My Project Management JourneyThese days Jean Richardson seems to have “Agile” stamped all over her. Three years of agile coaching and a growing leadership role in the local Agile Community of Practice can do that. But the backstory on how and why she has the career she does may not be what you expect. A real tootsie roll of a project manager, to some people she looks soft on the outside, and they’re surprised about how hard-nosed she can be. But when she joins in and leads their team they’re surprised by how supportive and accessible she truly is. How she ended up in the agile space is a similar yet surprising story. Come hear her talk about her project management journey and prepare to be surprised about where it has taken her. |
