Positive Project Leadership

With the economic shift and tighter budgets and deadlines by senior management focused on producing results, at any cost, there is a huge travesty being pushed upon Project Managers.  While successful project delivery may be the goal, leaving a trail of bodies to deliver that success does long term damage to PM’s, organizations and to the future success of projects and project teams.

This presentation will highlight 20+ years of successful project strategies in delivering results and inspiring project teams, executive leadership to excel, even in harsh economic times.

Come hear Tim Runcie, president of Advisicon an international project, program and portfolio consulting company share his experiences, successes and pitfalls to avoid in delivering projects and growing a project management culture within organizations across companies for the last 20 years across all market segments.
