Chapter meetings include an educational presentation, a keynote presentation, and a meal.

This interactive, hands-on workshop, taught by Diane Brady, founder of ProALT Consulting, LLC, will guide you through the low-tech, but structured, process to move from an idea to a fully developed storyboard that tells a story and communicates scope, priorities, high-level
estimate of work and flushes out risks and dependencies. You’ll be exposed to the tools and best practices for creating and maintaining an adjustable iterative planning structure and reporting process.
The PMI Portland Chapter offers certification prep courses for project leaders ready to become Project Management Professionals (PMP), individuals looking to establish credibility in the application of project management processes as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and Agile professionals looking for formal recognition with the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) credential.
This 4-day PMP/CAPM boot camp presented by industry-leading project management expert and PMI Registered Education Provider Steve Norton, PMP, will prepare you to take the PMP or CAPM exam in a compressed time-frame.
The 3-day PMI-ACP course provides 21 hours of instruction and 21 PDUs but homework is required! It will be delivered on Saturdays, starting October 27-November 10, 2018. That means you can get great career-enhancing training and 21 PDUs in just 3-days!
