Portfolio Management: Linking Organizational Strategy to Execution

Thursday and Friday, May 17-18, 2018

Taught by Jeff Oltmann, principal consultant at Synergy Professional Services, this workshop focuses on portfolio management best practices, selecting the right projects, using limited resources wisely, and designing an organizational framework to govern portfolio management. This workshop is worth 16 PDUs.

Certification Classes

Experienced project leaders ready to become certified Project Management Professionals (PMP), and those looking to establish credibility in the application of project management processes as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), will both benefit from this course as they prepare for the Project Management Institute (PMI) certification examination.

Saturdays, April 21 - June 2, 2018

This 7-week exam prep class spreads the learning out to allow processing at a slower pace. It is taught by PMI Portland's team of PMP certified instructors, who are experienced project managers from a variety of industries.

PMP/CAPM Boot Camp: July 16-19, 2018

This 4-day PMP/CAPM boot camp presented by industry-leading project management expert and PMI Registered Education Provider Steve Norton, PMP, will prepare you to take the PMP or CAPM exam in a compressed time-frame.

PMI-ACP: October 27-November 10, 2018

The 3-day PMI-ACP course provides 21 hours of instruction and 21 PDUs but homework is required! It will be delivered on Saturdays, starting October 27-November 10, 2018. That means you can get great career-enhancing training and 21 PDUs in just 3-days!
