These lists are populated when people self-enroll from the front-end of the website using the Roundtable Sign Up module, which is currently on the Roundtable web page (http://pmi-portland.org/activities/roundtables). Dir of Roundtables also uses ACYMailing to email the various roundtable groups, and accesses ACYMailing from the front end.
