Andy Chan Lead, Microsoft Semiconductor Community, Azure GBB

 Andy Chan is an award-winning, innovative, and technology focused leader of Microsoft Azure semiconductor community.  In his current capacity, Andy has contributed over a dozen externally facing technical papers on Semiconductor, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) amplifying Microsoft’s perspective to the end user community.  Furthermore, Andy is cited for his leading role on several internal whitepapers sharping Microsoft’s roadmap on those areas.

Andy recently presented at Microsoft Ignite 2023, on "AI Workloads: Unleashed: Boost Efficiency with CPU-Based Infrastructure”, and he is slated to speak at the 2024 Nvidia GTC global AI conference on “Microsoft Azure AI Hardware Roadmap”.

Naveen Gudigantala - Silicon Valley Distinguished Professor of Operations and Technology Management

gudigantala naveenDr. Naveen Gudigantala, Silicon Valley Distinguished Professor at the University of Portland's Pamplin School of Business, teaches courses in machine learning, business analytics, operations and technology management. He conducts research on using AI to extract business value.
Gudigantala has authored 35 refereed journal and conference publications and frequently speaks at renowned national and international conferences.

Josh is a security professional with over 30 years experience, the last 10 being in the public sector with a focus on governance, risk management, and compliance. In the past he has worked in incident response, penetration testing, and network security.
