Alex Ryan

Alex Ryan, Senior Solution Consultant; Experis, has supported a wide range of companies, from global start-ups to Fortune 100 organizations as an internal and external consultant for more than 20 years. Client engagements span industries and organizational growth stages but always where the intersection of Program Management, Change Adoption, and Learning has been the critical factors for initiative success. Leveraging broad and deep experience in change, program management, and learning facilitation, Alex believes that every initiative should begin with the people it impacts and what they need to be successful. Alex is also the co-author of “Advanced Change Methodology: A Tactical and Practical Guide and Tools for Strategic Organizational Change” and is preparing for the PMI-ACP Exam. Alex’s experience within some of the most complex and change accelerated organizations across the globe is supported by an undergraduate study in Technical Communications, Instructional Design, Linguistics/Internationalization, and Engineering and graduate study in Technology Management, Program Management, Communications and Team Building. Alex is also the co-author of “Advanced Change Methodology: A Tactical and Practical Guide and Tools for Strategic Organizational Change”.
