Title: Nine Leadership Traits You Must Have

Description:  Leadership is a combination of who you are and your actions. Your leadership style, which differs depending on the situation you are in, is built on the foundation of personality traits. There are nine key traits that you must hone to be able to adapt to the myriad of situations through which you must lead your projects. In this presentation, we will discuss and explore each of these traits… accountable, ethical, inspirational, decisive, aware, empathetic, confident, focused, and humble… and the tensions between them.
