You will learn about the hidden types of obstacles for projects that can exist right under our noses, and that could mean an immediate red status on your project. We’ll learn how to identify these obstacles and walk through some object lesson(s) using principles to keep projects on track or get them back on track. Then we will identify steps for attendees to use in their own organizations to stay more aligned.
