Martin Medeiros is an attorney at Medeiros Law Group (MLG), had one thousands of deals as an attorney in Oregon and Washington. strategies. He developed IP capture processes for four publicly traded companies and dozens of closely held middle-market concerns as well as start-ups. He's trained hundreds of managers, scientists, attorneys and salespersons on negotiation. He is external counsel to Complete Intelligence, Pte. a “fintech” firm using AI-driven models to forecast global financial markets, corporate revenues and supply chain costs. He authored three books on negotiation his most recent book, 161 Negotiation Tactics, researches and discloses the most effective tactics used by professional negotiators. A frequent speaker, he instructed on “Negotiation for Lab Managers, Engineers, and Scientists” at Oregon Health and Sciences University. Prior to forming his own firm, Martin worked for the K&L Gates (Preston Gates and Ellis) Portland, Oregon.
