Conflict Courage: Leading to Resolution, with Chris Sheesley
Organizational Change Management, with Cole Chatteron
If you are like most leaders you experience aversion to the messiness of interpersonal conflict. This presentation will boost your confidence and provide skills so you can wade in and successfully manage disputes. You’ll learn how people become entangled and how you can help them become productive and collegial.
Chris Sheesley, MA puts derailed workplace relationships back on track. Senior managers and HR professionals hire Chris when they recognize the need for an experienced, objective facilitator to transform high-stakes or seemingly impossible internal disputes into cooperation and employee efficiency.
With 26 years of full-time experience, a client roster of hundreds of notable organizations and a track record of over 1,750 cases, Chris is among the most seasoned conflict management professionals on the West Coast. He has amassed over 5,000 hours of experience teaching dispute resolution and related skills grounded in his real-world experience.

On a personal note, I am a native of Portland. I have traveled all over the world for work/pleasure but still find the great Northwest a wonderful place to live. I embrace the luxury of having so many metropolitan and natural options within hours of my doorstep. I enjoy remodeling my home, traveling, playing competitive billiards and maintaining a balanced life. To keep my health in balance I have been part of the Cross Fit community for three years. I am blessed to have an amazing wife and son who accept my crazy schedule.
