The PMI-Portland newsletter is published monthly, September through June, and distributed electronically to the more than 1100 members of PMI-Portland. Your request will be evaluated for space availability and meeting our acceptance guidelines (see below).

Download and complete the Advertising Order Form and email it to , along with your advertising text or image. Please note sizes and file types below!

Submission Guidelines

  • Ads received by 20th of the month may be included in the next month's newsletter issue. Contact for deadline specifics.
  • Acceptable text formats are Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, but graphics are preferred.
  • Acceptable image formats are Bitmap (.bmp), Tagged Image Format (.tif), JPEG Picture Format (.jpg), Graphics Interchange Format (.gif), and Photoshop Format (.pdx).
  • Add graphics must be accompanied by an Advertising Order Form.
  • We will run the same ad each month unless we receive a different ad in time for the next newsletter.

Acceptance Guidelines

  • Companies must provide goods or services related to project management.
  • The PMI - Portland Chapter Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse any advertising.
  • Any advertisements must be in good taste and not offensive to the general membership of the PMI - Portland Chapter.
  • Advertisements appear in the Portland Chapter newsletter only (not on the Chapter web site itself).
  • Limited space is available so ads are included on a first-come-first-served basis. The newsletter editor will determine the placement and number of advertisements in the newsletter.
  • Invoices will be mailed and terms are Net 15.
  • Mail checks, payable to PMI-Portland Chapter, to PMI-Portland Chapter, P.O. Box 5966, Portland OR 97228-5966.
